2017 BMW R9T Scrambler
Tour Muscle owner, Stu (not our Stu!), had already ventured down the PCC path with his first custom build project 'Pure Muscle'. With his latest machine, he wanted to build something that would look perfectly matched to his BMW R9T Pure, but with added ability to use the bike for touring. Naturally, we wanted to add a moody twist with this bike so that the two different steeds would appear to be from the same stable but with opposing agendas.

5" Bates headlight, oversized front wheel, Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres, SW Motech aluminium front fender, Nekken Jared Mees tracker handlebars, Oberon Streetfighter bar end mirrors, Le Motographe fuel cap, Wunderlich engine bars, bespoke 4.5" AUX light in yellow, black exhaust wrap, Kellerman Atto indicators, full blackout front end, seat brackets and rearsets, refinished cylinder head covers, PCC air intake scoop, PCC low level number plate, bespoke JK Upholstery seat, Unit Garage rear seat cowl, bates rear light, Unit Garage suede luggage, Kellerman Atto 3-in-1 rear end.
Tying It All Together
Stu loved the OEM BMW Scrambler tank colour, so it was our job to tie all of the other finishes to the frozen blue paintwork. One way that we achieved this was matching a bespoke seat to the Unit Garage luggage, creating a harmonious blend of matching gloss and satin finishes to add interesting textures to the build whilst also allowing the tank to remain the jewel in the crown.
