We supply parts and accessories worldwide. We look to stock as many products as we possibly can here with us at our workshop, but with approximately one thousand products listed on the website, it’s impossible for us to have absolutely everything on the shelf. We rely on both the manufacturers and UK suppliers to source the items that we don’t carry, and with each of these options there is an associated lead time - you can see the details of these lead times here. If you require a part for a specific deadline then please contact us beforehand.
We subsidise all shipping costs already, which means that we are unable to offer any discounts when it comes to shipping. In an event of an order being too large to use our regular courier services, we retain the right to request an additional payment to be made before sourcing your parts. This will always be done before your order is ready to ship and you will have the opportunity to reject this order at this time.

We accept returns so long as all items are in a fully resalable condition and are not fitted. In event of any warranty claims or damaged items being received, we will need to speak to the manufacturer or courier before processing any claims. We do not cover the cost of return shipping outside of the UK.
We are happy to cancel standard orders (not special order items) if you change your mind before your order has shipped. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5% of your order to cover the website handling fees that we are charged by Shopify.
We are unable to sell Wunderlich parts outside of the UK, due to market territory agreements.
Since January 1st 2021 ("Brexit") we have amended the way that we price and ship orders. We charge VAT for UK customers only. Any purchases outside of the UK may receive a local customs charge. We operate and ship under the Delivered At Place (DAP), also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU), terms. This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please be aware of this when ordering. You will need to consult your local customs regulations to see what the possible customs charges may be as they vary from country to country.

X-Head Protectors;
- Wide coverage to help protect as much of the cylinder head cover as possible.
- Extremely tough nylon polymer construction.
- The X-Head DOHC is designed to cover more of the cylinder head than other guards to protect the center during a fall. Even in a driveway drop, the force of inertia causes a roll onto the face of the cover before the bike settles onto the cylinder's edge. Between the tough nylon shell and head is an elastomeric liner to help absorb impact force.
- Stainless steel bolts with Nyloc threadlock included.
- X-Head DOHC protects while letting just enough of the new head shape to show through. The finish is a fine grained effect on the outside with the Machine Art logo and smooth on the inside.
- The X-head is designed to protect both the valve and spark plug covers.

The MudSling fits with the BMW shock, Ohlins BM440 and BM650, and other premium shocks. Installation to the Pure, Scrambler, Urban GS, and Racer models is simple using four screws to existing points on the frame.
The standard R nineT is the only model that comes with a shock pre-load adjuster mounted to the OEM shock. To provide sufficient installation clearance, the adjuster body has to be rotated to the side by loosening, then tightening one screw. After setting the preferred pre-load position prior to installation the knob must be removed to provide sufficient clearance. The re-positioned pre-load adjustment body and shaft is still functional. Instead of using the knob, adjustments can be made with an 8mm socket or box end wrench on the end of the shaft. The procedure is explained in the Installation Instructions.
